Pros and cons

  • Creates a unique 'pearling' green carpet
  • Excellent juvenile-shrimp shelter
  • Can be used as floating shade
  • Without CO₂ and bright light, it floats up
  • Requires regular trimming
  • Yellows under low light

Description

A rootless liverwort. Originally floating, but in Takashi Amano's style it's tied to stones with mesh to form an emerald underwater 'lawn'.

Care

To keep it on the bottom, tie it to a flat stone with nylon mesh. Without bright light and CO₂ it floats up.

FAQ

Как удержать риччию на дне?
Привязать тонкой леской или нейлоновой сеткой к плоскому камню. Через 2–3 недели риччия сама прирастёт.
