Tips & gotchas
- Kuhli loaches are schooling — minimum 5, otherwise they hide forever.
- Male gouramis can clash. Either one male with females, or all females.
- Don't confuse Trichogaster trichopterus (blue gourami, aggressive) with honey gourami.
- Tannins from catappa leaves bring out the fish colours.
