Shrimp showcase (60 L) — aquarium setup with fish, plants and equipment (60 L)

The key: stable TDS, soft water, and zero copper anywhere (including in food!).

Tips & gotchas

  • No copper ever — check every food, fert and tap supply (copper pipes!).
  • Change water only when parameters are stable. A sudden swap = mass molting failure.
  • Feed once every 2–3 days, tiny portions. Shrimp don't starve.
  • After 6 months — sell or give away excess shrimp, otherwise overpopulation.
