Description

One of the smallest aquarium fish — up to 2 cm. Males turn fiery red in the right water. Perfect for nano tanks with shrimp.

Care

Soft acidic water (pH 5–6.5). Dark substrate, shaded zone.

Feeding

Micro-foods: dust, infusoria, the smallest daphnia. Flakes must be ground up.
